Logistics, venue coordination, vendor management, AV and stage coordination, and on-ground execution are scoped per event. Some of this work is delivered directly. Specialist partners are brought in when the brief needs them. INeVENT WORLD does not claim owned equipment or a factory.
Event management is not a fixed price. The quotation follows the scope, the suppliers, and the date.

A review checks what was used. Unused retainer capacity does not roll over.
Scope boundaries
